Yes. Your privacy is respected, and everything discussed during our sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality, except where disclosure may be required by law or if there is an immediate risk of serious harm.

You can book your preferred date and time through our online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive all the details for your session.
